Accounts for students aged 15 to 18
From the age of 15, children can use Internetbanking in much the same way as adults! All a legal guardian has to do is to stop by any branch and sign a protocol for setting up authorization instructions for their child.
Minors can then make payment orders in Internetbanking up to the set limit (preset to CZK 15,000 per month, the parent can reduce the limit at his/her choice), activate the payment card themselves, set up notifiers, manage templates, change payment card limits, and activate the 3D Secure service for online payments. In short, they can perform most of the actions that require additional authorization by SMS code/push notification.
- The account is still free, just like a Fio savings account or time deposit
- Card activation takes place in Internetbanking and then at an ATM
- Higher limits for card payments and ATM withdrawals (CZK 15,000 per week)
- Withdrawals from Fio banka ATMs always free of charge
- Unlimited free withdrawals from any ATM in the Czech Republic and abroad with Visa card
- All outgoing and incoming domestic payments in CZK are free
- Free use of Internetbanking and Smartbanking
